This is because time, resources, and effort are immediately invested into each project upon confirmation.


Before Work Has Started

If a project has been paid for but no work has begun, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the situation.

Refund requests must be made as soon as possible before any design or development work has started.


After Work Has Started

Once work has started on a project:

  • No full refunds will be issued
  • Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, depending on the amount of work completed

Each case will be evaluated individually.


Completed Projects

Once a project has been delivered or approved by the client:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • Any additional changes or modifications will be treated as new work and billed separately

Custom Work Policy

All services provided by ZeldaWebsite.Store are custom-made. Because of this:

  • Refunds cannot be issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective preference
  • Clients are encouraged to request revisions within the scope of their selected package

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy.

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issue before taking such action.
